28 June 2026 – HWAPPU 1909 FRESH WATER TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. has officially signed a Strategic IoT Cooperation Agreement with HGC (BVI) Info Tech Ltd and Shenzhen Xinhui Vehicle Information Technology Co., Ltd., establishing a long-term strategic partnership to advance the digital operation of smart drinking water solutions and support market development across Southeast Asia.

Since November 2025, 1909 and HGC have engaged in multiple rounds of business discussions, on-site visits, technical evaluations, and solution assessments covering smart drinking water operations, digital management, IoT applications, and regional market development. Following nearly seven months of close collaboration, both companies recognized their shared vision and complementary expertise, leading to the establishment of this strategic partnership.

Under the agreement, both parties will leverage their respective strengths in smart drinking water operations and digital technologies to further strengthen collaboration in digital operations, IoT applications, and technology innovation. Together, they will continue enhancing remote device monitoring, real-time data collection, operational management, data analytics, and intelligent maintenance, further improving operational efficiency and customer experience.
